US President-elect, Barack Obama has launched the website Change.gov, where one can find news about the transition and inauguration and information about his agenda. Obama is to be sworn in as president on 20 January, 2009.
The website’s homepage features a quote from Obama: “Today we begin in earnest the work of making sure that the world we leave our children is just a little bit better than the one we inhabit today.”
Also featured on the website is a blog posting which has a YouTube video of Obama’s victory speech in Chicago on Tuesday.
