The strangest sights in Google Earth

Have you tried Google Earth yet? If you haven’t then you have missed out on one of this century’s best creation. This is because Google Earth’s interactive map allows everyone to become a virtual globetrotter. And some of the places on earth Google Earth found are really strange!

Let’s check out a couple of these strange places.

Camels

What an amazing sight of camels and their caretakers taking a water break in Nigeria. Actually, this is one of more than 500 high-resolution images accessible through Google Earth made by a joint-venture project between National Geographic and Google Earth. The project is called Africa Megaflyover.

Crop circles

This is a beautiful crop circle just outside of Beatty, Nevada, captured on Google Earth. Crop circle refers to geometrical formations of flattened crops – primarily wheat, barley, canola, rye, corn, linseed and soy – that sometimes appear in different locations around the world.
