iPod now supports touch screen

Well, what have we missed out? Even before the shadows of iPhone is in Malaysia, Apple have just launched a new generation of their ever popular media player iPod. This time it’s called the iPod Touch which as the name suggests supports revolutionary multi-touch user interface much like an iPhone does.

iPod Touch

This model allows users to find and enjoy all their music, videos and etc on its gorgeous wide-screen display with just the touch of a finger. iPod Touch also includes WiFi wireless networking, the first on any iPod. To make full use of the WiFi capability, a Safari browser, a YouTube client, Cover Flow, and Wifi Music Store are all supported.

Cool iPod

iPod Touch comes in two versions. The 8GB version is priced at US$299, while the 16GB version is US$100 more. I wonder how much will it cost should it finally hit Malaysia months later…
