This Real Estate WordPress Theme offers a unique two-column content style and is also optimized to take two 250×250 Google Adsense ads next to the featured post. I strongly recommend placing an image Adsense ad on the left, and a text Adsense ad to its right. The click through should be good.
Once again the navigation sidebar is placed at the bottom to make more room for the featured posts and other content (including Google Adsense, of course) in the upper area.

The Corporate theme is specially designed for blogs wanting a corporate look. The theme carries a very clean and professional feel. It mainly consists of corporate colors such as white, gray and some shades of blue. The theme is simple, so if you like, you can always customize it to your liking easily.
The beauty of the theme is it includes a number of corporate pictures on the homepage which rotates randomly. You can change these pictures simply by replacing them in the “headers” folder.
On the main page, the latest post is always highlighted. Below it, there’s a shaded box showing the titles of the 2nd latest posts up to a number of 4 posts. The categories, monthly archives, latest comments and the blogroll are shown neatly at the bottom.
