Ok Ok, I know I can’t fool you smart readers… the fake AdSense earning report above was created using Google AdSense Generator.

This generator can generate fairly convincing Google AdSense report screenshots with all identifying details blacked out, based on the income you specify. It asks for today’s and yesterday’s earnings and fills in the same image with the variables you specify.

Had my earnings in the screenshot above been a few hundred dollars, maybe you might have believed it. Haha…

The website that I have in mind is Quidco. I have been using Quidco for about a year plus now. It caters for mainly UK residents because most of the merchants that they carry are from the UK, but there are also those websites or merchants that pay you some money for you to sign up with them. I use Quidco when I buy from some of the merchants on their lists, or do some sign ups when I have the free time.

With Quidco, all you need to do is to sign up for their services. It is a free registration but as soon as your earnings hit GBP5.00, they will take GBP5.00 off your Quidco account for administration fees. So if you don’t earn that much in a year, then you won’t need to pay the administration fees.

Then to earn money, just search the merchants’ lists and see if the website that you want use is on the list. If it is, you will need to go to the website via the link on Quidco’s page. This enables Quidco to track your transaction. Don’t clear your cookies halfway through your transaction though, Quidco will lose the track if you do. Every merchant offers different amount or percentage of cashback so read the description on Quidco’s page to see how much you will get off the website you will be using.

One problem that I do not like with Quidco is that the merchants have the right to decline the tracked transaction that you have with them, for whatever reasons. You can take it up with Quidco and lodge a complaint, but you probably won’t see any payout for the declined transaction. I’ve had quite a few of these declined transactions but did not really bother to take it up with Quidco.

Unlike my recent registration with MySearchFunds, I can vouch for Quidco because I’ve had my payouts from them since I started using them over a year ago. Some of the payouts can be a little slow, but you will get it.

It’s great for people or students who are living in the UK, because you can use Quidco to get some cashback if you print digital photos from Snapfish, buy groceries from Tesco, book hostel from Hostelbookers or buy phones from Carphonewarehouse, among other merchants that you can use. For those not living in UK, you can also benefit by doing sign ups or by using merchants who provide digital services.

I, myself, don’t make much off these things in a year because I never remember to use them but I hope there are people out there who can make use of Quidco!

The Internet is always full of ways to make money online. So it’s no wonder why a lot of people call the Internet a gold mine. Yes, you have the PPC, the Affiliate programs, the E-commerce, the gaming, and others that I’ve probably never heard of.

There is one that I heard of just recently. A friend introduced this ‘Earn While You Search’ program to me because I am on the Internet almost 14 hours a day, doing researches. I don’t usually think highly of these programs but I figured, why not? I’ll just have to search with a search box on my browser instead of going directly to Google. So I signed up with MySearchFunds.

Basically, MySearchFunds is a program that pays you for searching with them. While they are not a search engine, all they need you to do is search through them with Google, Yahoo, and other search engines. It’s a shame you can’t control where your search results come from though. But fortunately for me, up till now all my results were returned from Google, my favorite search engine.

To use the service, you will need to sign up (to keep track of your searches and your earnings) and install the MySearchFunds search box. I’m using Firefox so the search box is on the top right corner of my browser. The service is completely free of charge and the earnings will be paid via PayPal, unless of course if you are in the United Kingdom, then you can request to be paid via your bank account. And all accounts will be paid in 45 days after each month ends. Like the example give on the website, for searches done in January, you will be paid in mid-March. I just started a couple of days ago, so I figured I will be paid in July then.

I have searched scams and horror stories in regards to MySearchFunds and they do have their fair share of horror stories. On the plus side, there are also good stories about them too and I also found threads in forums where there were people who provide proofs for their payout. And since I don’t have to pay to use this service, I don’t really see any reasons to not sign up and earn a little extra in my PayPal. It’s not much, but it’s better than nothing. The image below shows my earnings in 3 days. I always forgot I have to use the search box on my browser.

This program is okay for me as long as I remember to use the search box. Well, if you have used MySearchFunds before or know of anything that is similar to this, do leave us a comment and share your opinions with us.

Now, the best news for Malaysians is we can now choose to be paid by Western Union Quick Cash.
