I am a big fan of the PSP. I use it on trips, at the beach, when I am waiting at the doctors office. It is my life saver.

one hint for traveling and renting a vehicle….bring a gps with you, don’t rent it from the car company, as they’ll charge you almost the same amount to rent one as you could buy your own.

I never travel without my solar battery charger, a mains to USB charge point and a handful of adaptors. The solar charger (a PowerMonkey) can be changed via the USB if needed and acts as a backup battery for all the other devices I have with me.

My main complaint – none of the cameras I have can be charged via the USB connectors. All require the removal of the battery and a proprietory battery charger.
