I loved their website, like their packages, and on 2/9/11 I just signed up for P1W1MAX. On 8/9/11, I received modem with DIY manual. But before it arrived, I started finding inconsistencies about delivery dates, Auto-debit details, and general terms between the sales agent, customer service agent, and login info on their website (which I created after purchasing a DX-230. Auto-debit details supposed to have cleared up on delivery date, now another CS agent said that this issue will be cleared up after 7 days when my trial period is over. Now I realize that DX-230 cannot give me a stable Internet because signals are too weak in both my house and my shoplot workplace. I'll try and give their Tech Support a call tomorrow, but I've almost decided to return my purchase before their 7-day trial is over..

[...] KongTechnology – to choose a suitable broadband package for yourself, study the package offering – speed, max data transfer and so on and also the terms & conditions (eg whether there is any minimum period, tie-ins etc) before picking up a package. And also make sure you read their reviews and obtain feedback from your friends. Remember that the claimed coverage area may not always prove true. A suitable package might help you save a lot in long term. Let’s go online at the lowest cost possible. [...]

i think the best is of course internet fixed line...even u do wireless with that, your line will never down..
New P1 modem support wireless solution..but for me its make them worse...the P1 itself allready a wireless and have big latency plus u share the with other with wi-fi...
the maxis is the broadband wireless ever...because the speed is more higher than any other(even celcom) and its weird because its the TM that have the backbone for all intenet in our country...
oh yeah...alia..i think i do have similar problem with u b4..but i solve it....try 4mb line...i never look back now..

I’m glad you listed the different scenarios as it makes it provides some idea on what type of package you would be looking to get.

Hi , pretty good review I’ve to say. However you must understand that P1 imposes a bandwidth limit of 20GB a month. I am not sure what happens when you exceed 20GB a month. On top of that , the modem acts as a NAT , preventing users such as me to explore the modem and to tweak the settings..
