so far firefox still is my best fren… faster and makan lesser resourse. I will try to switch to chrome when it releases another new version.

well antares i think you are wrong. if humanity in general would think like that we would be using stone-age tools hunting mammals for launch (i know this is an extreme example but that makes my point ) humans go on and on and on…

Firefox has been a great browser with better security and lots of useful extension.. but it’s taking too much memory space because of the memory leak issue.. the problem doesn’t seem to go away even with ff3

Tried FF3 and it had a nice feel to it… then I found it wouldn’t load secondary images, e.g., the main photos on the webpage would show, but not thumbnails (very annoying when Googling for images because you can’t see anything until you click on any particular thumbnail!) So I had to locate a FF2 download and uninstall FF3. Call me conservative but I don’t see why people have to keep “upgrading” when a program already works fine. Years ago when I was still a PC user, I hated it each time Microsoft “upgraded” to a new operating system because it only got bulkier and more irritating. Windows 95 was fine, and 98 was okay too… but from then Windows just became stupider and stupider!

I like FF 3 but it is crashing a lot for me. Dont know why ?

actually FF2 was crashing on me all the time. FF3 is up and running ever since i installed it. one more thing is the session save thing (FF2 could do it but with a plugin if i can remember correctly).
