I use Google docs for online and Kingsoft Office 2009 is not in your list, yet is so similiar to Microsoft Office that you can install it and carry on as if no difference. I feel this is the best choice for many people who looked at or consider Openoffice

I'm a huge Google fan, so I've already tried Google docs and some others. They are pretty good! I also found a great toll to complement my Google Apps - Wrike. It perfectly integrates with my Gmail and helps me organize my life.

I would advocate for edeskonline. It's a fantastic free service n also to give you the tools and knowledge to develop your business. Whole host of features under one roof and no worrying of staying up-to-date with software or upgrading hardware.

If you looking for single features than i feel each one is good in its own ways.. I have come across www.edeskonline.com which provides all the features different suite have along with many other features like website updation, accounts, email.. ALL IN ONE... I feel the above is a bit biased one as only the famous ones are compared..

Thanks for this breakdown. For me, what will really win the day is when one of these services combines into a collaborative project management system with tracked updates--like eDeskOnline , but with the calendar and contacts integrated (Google almost manages this, but has no good tracking or notification) where as on the other hand eDeskOnline manages it very well.
Because as far as I'm concerned, the office suite based on my hard drive works just fine--the reason I want it on the web is not as much so I can access it anywhere (my laptop follows me better than my dog), but so that I can collaborate easily with colleagues spread across the globe and eDeskOnline does that better than Zoho and Thinkfree.
