Same problem wit me. My outlook2003 also had problem with sending but it works well when i'm switched to maxis broadband. When i'm highlighted this to celcom careline thru email..they ask me to provide everything regarding my laptop hardware specification (which not related at all - coz the problem suppose to be from server configuration). But i still give the info in order to receive further email from them. Suddenly celcom reply back and said they can't identify my broadband subscription ( i am fake user??) and can't proceed to entertain any longer my question. X-( Hell with that.. But somehow my younger brother knows some guy from celcom (not from sucks careline dept) and try to get the answer from him..i will do inform if i able to get the solution from him.. victor..

Perhaps because Malaysians are too well known as spammers?!! The solution?… move out of Malaysia is one possible solution. :)

It’s still best to just ask your company’s IT people to help you as they are the most familiar with your company’s email accounts setup.
