Have you checked out BLOG2u.sg, a match-making service for Singapore advertisers and bloggers. That may sound like a dating website, but they are not… or you could say they are the dating website for bloggers and advertisers - to deliver products and services in the most cost effective method through blogs! Haha… very interesting isn’t it?

Now, did we just mentioned cost effective? Yes, we did. Advertisers need to spend as little as S$40 to have 10 bloggers with good page ranking introducing their products for a minimum of 30 days!

They are still very new in the blog advertising scene. I wonder if they are going into the Malaysian market and become a real competitor for Advertlets and Nuffnang?
Paddy, CEO of BAK2u.com (the parent company for BLOG2u.sg) has somehow denied his intention to fight the same ’space’ as the boys like Advertlets or Nuffnang (in Singapore and Malaysia context). More about this in What is BLOG2u.sg?.

Mention about cost effectiveness… I am looking to advertise my blog in other websites/blogs too. Any website/blog owners want to make me an offer? Make sure it’s cost effective OK? ![]()

Their way of doing things is almost like nuffnang. But just a little different cause they take care of smaller bloggers as well. Besides that, they do not need the publishers to put up a button like I am a slave to nuffnang or whatever to get ad offers so yeah. Thats my opinion only though.

Oh yeah, ‘cost effective’

Swift,
You mean advertiser codes need to be manually placed every time? That’s good since you can decide whether you want to accept or not, but it’s also a tedious work and delays the process, right or not?
Danny Foo,
Good to know you have a space for me. Make sure it’s affordable for my new Malaysia Tech Blog aka Kongtechnology.com. Once you help me to become the top Malaysia Tech Blog overtaking Liucf then I will definitely remember to repay your kindness!
Chingy,
I will tell Blog2u.sg boss to march into Malaysia soon!
Philip Yong,
Thanks, I will check it out.
DK,
Too excited to wait to see what new offerings they have…
Paddy Tan,
Hey back… I was just talking about you. Welcome and thanks for dropping by. Any good offerings for fellow bloggers from Malaysia, soon?
KennyP,
Yeah, more advertising companies in the market will bring more awareness to advertisers and that simply means better $$$ for bloggers! Hahaha… I love $$$.

Hi there,
frankly we didnt expect to have such an overwhelming response. I think your blog is read by quite a lot of people
About 40 bloggers with malaysia numbers signed up.
While we are very happy that it is well received by many fellow bloggers we just hope to share that so as not to bring up too much false hopes also, we currently concentrating very much only on Singapore blogsphere as afterall this is a very small business unit of BAK2u.com also.
BAK2u.com is more of for anti-theft softwares from phones, laptops, ipods etc. You can read more about what BLOG2u.SG is about here as shared previous: http://tomato75.blogspot.com/2007/11/what-is-blog2usg.html
Well, more of to support our own partners and at the same time to help some singapore startups also. (I am involved in startups, talks etc). However, somehow it seems like many advertisers including bloggers selling online products or some looking to draw more crowds to their sites (which means more readers, higher chance of clicks etc) contacting us about it too.
Hopefully, while we move a bit here and there learning along the way, we can look into extending into Malaysia and other regional countries also.
Sincerely,
Paddy Tan
