		<description>There is a backup plugin called &quot;WordPressBackUp&quot; which can back up all the databases and files and if necessary, it can be restored inside the admin panel.

		<description>It&#039;s not just never too early. It should be all the time. I set mine to backup at a regular basis. It&#039;s just that in my case, it was never sent to my mailbox, just stuck inside my server. Once I found it, it was good to go.</description>
