		<description>I&#039;m living since about 2 years in M&#039;sia.
I never experienced a slower Internet than in this country except 20 years back.
I was living before in Japan and the Internet there really earn the name broadband. 
We had some discussions back with representatives from Jaring but it was waste of time. As long as the Malaysian Government not really open the market for foreign investors it won&#039;t change. Jaring has the monopole and as long as they are allowed to fill their pockets with money why shall they change.
