Are you satisfied with your Streamyx connection lately? Stable and no intermittent connection? You have no complaints whatsoever on the speed of Malaysia’s largest broadband company? - If you answered “yes” to all the above, then most likely you are a very light Streamyx user who have not online for the past few days.

Anyway, if you want Tmnet to improve their Streamyx service, then come join anti-Streamyx gang at Streamyx Sucks. As of 30 July 2007, they have more than 800 Streamyx haters in their list, and when they have achieved 1000 haters, they will launch an Anti-Streamyx community. They will also start a Streamyx Sucks T-Shirt Design Competition. Just imagine having thousand of people wearing those t-shirts on the streets! By then only I guess Tmnet will start to listen to its customers!

Yeah donno why… 4-5 weeks ago i was downloading from this one particular website at the speed of ~200k per secs which almost made me wanna kiss their feet.
Later on it went downhill (or maybe downcanyon) down to 12k per secs.
And guess what. As i’m typing down this (as @ Aug, 20), my downloading rate is 5k per secs at most.
As u said it, they sux… and we’re pissed off

Agree with you Nasir. They sucks. I have spoken to the customer service officer at TMPoint about the connection speed (just to know what are their answer). They said although i subscribed to 1MB package, they cannot guarantee the stability of the speed. It can be from 0kbps to 1MB, that’s way it was called broadband. It depends on how many user online, just like highways, when there were no cars around, we can throttle the speed to the maximum, but when there was a jam, you will be slower than a tortoise!
My downloading speed is speedless! I paid tens of Ringgit for the speed of a dial up. We should do something. Put the pressure on TMnet. Chase them. Whack them up. They only knows how to give ‘janji-manis’ to attract subscribers. They just want our money.

Miraculous….today I’ve got back that blazing downloading speed. Not sure for how long though. Maybe this protest does a quite significance, who knows. But is it can be that loud enough to be heard instantly, like the result of today.
Nevertheless…sepul, can be from 0k - 1MB huhh..?? Well, that means even if i subscribed to commercial package of 5MB, i still can get stuck at Tapah highway R & R, can’t I? Ofkos they want ur money, if i could i want ur money too, cos i know u got loads of it…:b
By the way I hope today’s speed rate last for the rest. Yesterday it was 16 bytes per secs only (bytes… not kilobytes u see). Even my warts can grow faster than that… kui kui kui…

As disappointedly expected, today my downloading speed is at 15kbps. Anybody know of WIMAX, lets share it here.
p/s : last month installed MOTOROLA RZR as modem to my PC using MAXIS operator. Though at the speed of not more than 20kbps, the downloading rate is constant & stable. However when i checked my prepaid balance… gulp.. my eyes almost popped out. For less than an hour of surfing i paid more than RM20. Later on i learnt that 1kb data downloaded cost one cent. Imagine to view a page consists of 200k, u had to pay RM2 for it. For 1mb, u need to spend approximately RM10. I guess that sux too.

Hi guys
I came across a new wireless broadband provider at Digital Mall PJ today. It’s called IZZI and they are using something called the I-Burst technology.
Do you guys know about this?
I am currently using Jaring wireless and it’s kind of slow so I am thinking of changing.
Have anyone have experience with this IZZI? Their website is at http://www.iZZi.com.my
Please let me know…..
