		<description>loooo...I did exactly did what was suggested. I checked all items of IIS in Turn on/off windows features...(IIS console was no where enlisted). I hit the inetmgr.exe which did not yield anything for me. 
Then I checked the path C:\windows\system\inetsrv\  no sight of inetmgr.exe.... guys what to do now. I have vista home edition with sp1</description>
