I can use this method to bypass UAC:
I've logged into a power user account but when I ran some setup.exe, the UAC appear and required me to type administrator password. I didn't want the setup to run under administrator so I right-clicked the Command Prompt shortcut, selected Run as administrator, in the UAC selected my user name and typed my password, and ran the program within cmd.exe.

I'm getting this warning when trying to open a ZIP file.

There is no context menu item that allows you to run as administrator.

Any ideas to get around this Vista "enhancement"?
