		<description>well technically that's not hiding your IP address per se as the proxy will still have a record of your address. It's more of a anonymous surfing technique. However I wouldn't do anything illegal using this technique as the cops would just have to call up the people who run the proxy and get them to spill your IP for them to track. What this would be good for is operating behind firewalls to surf sites you would normally have filtered out (i.e : schools or your office or some country that is horrendously strict with censorship - *cough* China *cough*).
